May is National Dog Bite Prevention month. Â 
According to the American Humane Association more than 4.7 million dog bites occur each year – 65% of those involving children.  One way to prevent dog bites is to educate yourself and your dog. The Dracut Library has dog training books and DVD’s to help you embark on your canine’s higher education.
